How do we sign up for the tour?
There are four ways to sign up and pay:
1. Online: Click “Parents & Students,” then select “
Sign Up.” On the
sign up page, enter your tour number on the left. Your group leader will give you the tour number. This will bring you to our online participant application where you can submit an application and use a debit or credit card for payment.
2. Mail: When mailing we recommend that participants give applications to their group leader to be sent in together.
3. Phone: Participants may apply by phone at 1-888-333-9756.
4. Fax: 1-800-257-3030.
Once I sign up, how do I log in to my tour website?
You can view your Smithsonian Student Travel account online, 24 hours a day, by visiting
www.SmithsonianStudentTravel.com and logging in with your account number (found on your invoice) and password (defaults to your birthday in mm/dd/yyyy including slashes). If you need help, please visit our
